  1. Payment: Payment for sessions is due at the time of service. Payment can be made by cash, etransfer, or Paypal.
  2. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged for the full session fee.
  3. Confidentiality: All information shared during the session will be kept confidential, unless you give explicit permission to share information with another healthcare provider or as required by law.
  4. Scope of practice: As a Body and Emotion Code Practitioner, I do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment. I do not replace the care of a licensed healthcare provider.
  5. Liability: I am not liable for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of the services provided during the session. You assume full responsibility for any risks or consequences associated with the session.
  6. Ethics and professionalism: The practitioner will adhere to ethical and professional standards, such as those established by relevant professional organizations, and will maintain appropriate boundaries and behaviors with clients
  7. Client responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for disclosing relevant information about your medical history, including any current medications or treatments. You are responsible for following any recommendations or suggestions provided during the session.
  8. Consent: By booking a session with me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. You also give consent for me to provide Body and Emotion Code services during the session.
